Salvia x sylvestris 'May Night' - May Night Sage

Salvia x sylvestris 'May Night' is a beautiful flowering perennial which is at its best right now. The plant forms a tidy clump with upright stalks, dark green foliage and quite lovely deep blue-purple flower spikes. Best grown in full sun, this plant is incredibly drought tolerant and tough. It is grown with great success in many gardens and looks spectacular combined with yellow or even red flowers and foliage.
